Inspired by the history of winemaking in The Cotswolds dating from the Domesday Book, the Shiner family established Woodchester Valley Vineyard gin 2007. This 100% Bacchus from the most distinctive parcels of vines, Orpheus is only made in the best vintages of which 2020 was most definitely one. With precise aromas and flavours of gooseberry, elderflower and stonefruit, this is a well balanced wine with excellent structure and flavour length.
